- Orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse Monday-Friday only
- Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours from the order date
- Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day

- Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order
- Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched
All ground orders should arrive in approximately 3-7 business days, based on the shipping method you select. We currently ship using the following options:
- UPS Ground (5-7 business days)
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day AIR
- UPS Next Day AIR
- FedEx Ground (5-7 business days)
- FedEx 2Day
- FedEx Standard Overnight
- FedEx via your own FedEx account
Important: Holidays will be excluded within ground delivery dates. Please allow an additional 1-2 days handling time.
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date. Please allow an additional 1-2 days handling time.

At B&K Moda, we pride ourselves in the quality and fit of our clothes. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be reported within 5 days of receiving the garment(s).
The garment(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent: unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed.
We will gladly replace the goods if we still have it in stock, or will issue a store credit upon receipt of defective merchandise.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for return. Any returns that do not meet the above criteria or arrive undamaged will be charged 15% restocking fee. There is 50% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns or overdue returns (all returns must be received within 20 days).
All Sale or promotional items are deemed FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All other returns must be authorized. We will issue a store credit or can exchange for other goods.
